Product refunds come on many forms depending on the size and reason for return. Any damaged product sent to customer will be immediately replaced without the need for the customer to return the damaged item. We DO REQUIRE an image of the damaged product to confirm the re-issue of a replacement product. Simply email refund/product request to brandcamo.us@gmail.com

Typically, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. But we have a wide range of customers from individuals to larger, enterprise orders. For this reason, we like to handle any refunds/returns personally. If you have any requests, concerns or issues please reach out via email to brandcamo.us@gmail.com
What to Include in the Refund Policy
Critter Camo will do it's best to assist you with your request in a timely fashion, not to exceed 3 business days in order to reach a mutual agreement for said return/refund. In most cases this can be handled the same day.
