Shipping Policy

At Critter Camo, we use a partner manufacturer that handles and manages all aspects of final delivery of product(s). We use top shipping companies and issue tracking codes with exact delivery schedules.

If there are any delays, wrong deliveries, or any other situation that might prohibit our ability to properly manage delivery expectations, we will reach out to customers directly to correct and align said expectations. We do our best to insure a seamless experience but when using outside shipping partners, unpredictable circumstances and weather-related challenges can hamper our ability to guarantee exact timing. Nonetheless, we will certainly act on your behalf to do whatever we can to make sure shipping is managed professionally.

Returns will be subject to the customer paying for said shipping. Depending on the size of the order, we might have an agreement for large orders to include and shipping returns per a mutual buyers agreement.
